Support Helpdesk Changes Announced

We are writing to inform you of some changes to our support helpdesk
taking effect on May 14th 2007.
The telephone number for the helpdesk changes to 0845 234 0712. The
current number 0845 355 5555 will be discontinued in due course.
We are extending our support hours from 6 days a week to 7 days a week,
from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm.
The changes are implemented as part of a restructuring of our Support
teams who will continue to be based in central London. As a result of
these changes the support teams will be able to assist all our customers in a more efficient way.
