There is a limit of 10 megabytes to the size of the inbox. Once the mailbox has reached the limit any new email will bounce back to the sender with a delivery failure message indicating the quota has been exceeded. If emails are not collected for a period exceeding 120 days, all emails will be deleted without any notification. This measure is necessary to minimise the impact of spam and viruses on the service. If the email box remains unchecked for a further 30 days, any new email will be rejected and bounced back to the sender with a delivery failure indicating that the account is inactive. Normal email service can be resumed by using the account as an active connection service at least once every 120 days. Simply using the webmail facility will not reactivate the email service.
