Problem connections can be due to a variety of reasons, some simple and some
not so simple. In the first instance, you should always try rebooting your computer
as this can often cure a minor problem. If this does not cure the problem, check your connection on the different numbers that we offer - we use two telephone companies and two different types of modems and incompabilities between our modems and our customers' modems can result in a bad or failed connection.
