Disconnections are one of the most common reasons for people to call Technical Support. Some of the common reasons for disconnections are given below, together with fixes.

Problem connections can be due to a variety of reasons, some simple and some
not so simple. In the first instance, you should always try rebooting your computer
as this can often cure a minor problem.
