Unfortunately FreeUK do not allow the use of custom cgi or perl but as we know
the majority of people will require a counter or a form submission script we have
supplied 2 generic scripts for all customers to use. We do not support the creation
of websites or cgi includes to existing pages if you have any problems the
information below is a guide to help overcome them:
Form-Mail
Form-Mail is a very useful utility within the web environment that allows the author
to receive feedback from visitors to that site. It can also present the visitor with a very user-freindly interface with which to send information or questions to the author. This page will outline the basic structure of Form-Mail, and will hopefully supply an
insight into its possible uses.
A working example of Form-Mail is shown here

Webpage Counter
Counters are designed to help you easily track hits on a single webpage or
multiple webpages. This is very useful for seeing how much attention your website gets. Counters can also be expanded and have many attributes. Your counter can use a variety of fonts and you can customise it's border and colours to suit your website's design.
