About FreeUK Limited

FreeUK is an independent Internet Service Provider, established in February
1999 and serving over 450,000 registered users in the UK. FreeSurf, FreeUK's
French sister company www.freesurf.fr, was the first free Internet service provider
in France, and is one of the top 5 French ISPs with over 550,000 registered users. Freeuk is committed to offering Internet service of the highest quality, and the
best deal possible for our customers.

The FreeUK Accounts

There are two account types available, there is the free dialup account and the broadband ADSL account. A FreeUK dialup account is the ideal Internet solution for both new users to the Internet and existing users looking for a refreshing alternative to their current ISP. Our aim is to offer a service which is both of the highest quality, and easy-to-use. We support most modems, ISDN and ADSL lines, and Win 95, Win 98, Win 2000/ME/XP, Win NT and iMac operating systems. If you are unsure of the benefits of a broadband account, please click here.

Getting An Account

Sign up for a free dialup account and get online instantly by filling out our sign
up form on this website or by simply calling our Customer Services department on 0845 234 0712, who will talk you clearly and concisely through the simple signing-up procedure. Broadband ADSL is not yet available to everyone in the country so, if you'd like to sign up for a broadband account click here to find out if your local telephone exchange is ADSL enabled.

Technical Support

In the unlikely event that you experience any kind of technical problems with your account, feel free to speak to our Technical Support team, who are also available on 0845 234 0712 (Calls charged at local call rates), Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm. There is also a comprehensive technical support section located here. There is help here for supported and unsupported products and software in an attempt to be as useful as possible. By the very nature of technical support, the site will be
updated all the time as more pages are added.
